Terms and Conditions – 59winpkr Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 59winpkr platform, accessible at 59winpkr.net and any associated mobile or web applications. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 59winpkr platform — including placing bets, playing games, depositing funds, or claiming bonuses — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 59winpkr. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms will take precedence unless otherwise stated.

59winpkr reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 59winpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 59winpkr strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held pending verification review.
• You must be the person registering the account — not acting on behalf of another individual or as a proxy for any third party.
• You must not currently be registered as a self-excluded player on 59winpkr or any linked platform operated under the same management.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or director of 59winpkr, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

By registering, you confirm that all eligibility conditions above are met and remain met for as long as your account is active. 59winpkr may request verification of age or identity at any point, and accounts may be suspended pending successful verification.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold one account only on 59winpkr. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information at registration or in response to a verification request is a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone. 59winpkr will never ask for your password in a support communication. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact us immediately at support@59winpkr.net.

• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals.
• One account per mobile number, email address, physical address, and device.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must update your account details promptly if they change.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

59winpkr processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit for standard accounts, subject to payment method limits.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for manual review.

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: Typically credited within 60 seconds of submission.
• NayaPay & SadaPay: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Usually credited within 2–6 business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing time depends on the issuing bank; typically 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 59winpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. You may be required to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

59winpkr offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and cashback through the VIP Club. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion, which should be read alongside these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions at 59winpkr unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• 59winpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Any bonus found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms will be voided along with any winnings generated from it.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met within the time frame stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus being removed from your account.

VIP Club cashback terms are governed by the VIP Club programme rules, which are available on the VIP Club page. No-wagering cashback at Gold tier and above is subject to the player maintaining their tier status at the time of the cashback credit.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 59winpkr are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that may apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised before the event concludes.
• Minimum bet size is Rs 10 for slots and Rs 50 for sports betting markets, unless otherwise specified on the relevant bet slip or game.
• 59winpkr reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market or for any account at our discretion, without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds, 59winpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes cases where odds were clearly incorrect due to a data feed error.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be void and stakes returned.
• For live betting, the result at the time the bet was accepted by the system is final, regardless of any subsequent display lag or connectivity issue on the player's device.
• Cricket betting is governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Abandoned or no-result matches will have bets settled according to stated cricket betting rules on the platform.

All game outcomes at 59winpkr use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Results cannot be influenced by any party, including 59winpkr staff or players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 59winpkr. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets, harvest information, or interact with the platform in any unauthorised way.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in odds for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of match-fixing, insider information, or manipulated results.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to review and may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false documentation at any stage of the verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 59winpkr staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

59winpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms or associated policies.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the time frame requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 59winpkr reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, bonus balances and winnings generated from prohibited conduct will be voided. Genuine stakes may be returned at our discretion.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support at support@59winpkr.net. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard verification checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 59winpkr platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game content, software, design elements, text, and data — is the intellectual property of 59winpkr or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform grants you any rights to this content beyond the personal, non-commercial use rights required to access and use the platform as intended.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, sell, or use any part of the 59winpkr platform content for commercial purposes without express written permission. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the platform is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

59winpkr provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 59winpkr's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — including loss of funds resulting from technical errors, service outages, or unauthorised account access — is limited to the amount you deposited during the transaction directly related to the loss. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Betting involves financial risk. You accept sole responsibility for any financial loss resulting from bets placed on 59winpkr. Gambling should only ever be done with money you can genuinely afford to lose.
